SHOWINGS
All showings and open houses handled and scheduled with respect to owner and/or current tenant(s) time
PROPERTY STATUS REPORTS
A status report including general statistics, number of showings, showing feedback, broker suggestions and active comps provided on or
near the 15th and 30th of every month via email
PRE-APPROVAL
No cost to owner full background and credit check performed on every applicant including, but not limited to:
1) Credit report with Beacon Score and Safe Scan, Fraud Search/SSN Trace
2) Eviction Check
3) Employment Verification
4) Landlord/Rental Reference
5) Targeted county and statewide criminal record searches
Proper Minnesota required fee acknowledgement and refund method disclosure
Full compliance with the Minnesota Multi Housing Association, Equal Housing Opportunity Act, and Equal Credit Opportunity Act
LEASE
Observed and guaranteed to be enforceable in the state of Minnesota
Custom addendums for specific situations
Proper and professional handling of negotiations and signing
FEE
The fee for our Leasing Services is 100% of the first full month's rent
We provide a 90-Day Lessee Guarantee
