Click the "Apply NOW!" button below to begin the application process. Please contact the listing agent assigned to the actual property you are applying for before applying in order to ask about and determine the availability of the unit as application fees are not refundable.

We do the best we can to keep our website updated and current but sometimes inventory can move very quickly so calling or e-mailing the listing agent is the only way to know for sure if something is actually available. Having it just on the site is not enough to know for sure so please don't make this mistake. The listing agent responsible for each listing varies so please check the actual listing to see who is assigned to that specific property as their name will be viewable on the actual listing page in the right side bar under "Contact Us". You can call the agent diretly, you can e-mail them directly, or you can e-mail them through the site by choosing the "contact us" on the property page your are interested in. Whatever way you choose, rest assured that the correct person will get back to you as soon as possible.

The cost is $75 per applicant (irrespective of marital status) and the online application requires a credit card or debit card to work. Cash and checks are not accepted unfortunately. Each applicant to a property should fill out an applicatoin (assuming there is more than one.) A married couple can fill out a joint application (the fee is $150 for a joint application.) You cannot exit the application or save a partial application after starting it so if you don't complete it and have to quit before you are finished your data will be lost and you will have to start over.

Your credit card is charged as the last step in the application process so you will have a chance to ensure everything is right before submitting it and being charged.

Please remember, it is ONLY after you make contact with the listing agent and they give you direct confirmation of a properties availability AND they expressly give you approval to submit an application can you be 100% sure that your application is going to count toward the property you are interested in. Sorry for the redundancy as we just don't want to be taking and running applications for prospective tenants just to have to call and tell them the property the were interested in isn't available.
